Job summary

Eversource Energy seeks a Process Improvement professional to support the Gas Business Unit in developing and implementing process improvement plans. You will collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and other departments to drive toward a zero-incident culture.

The role includes leading incident investigations, performing root cause analysis, and developing Power Platform solutions to streamline safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of utility or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process improvement reviews and incident investigations.
• Develop and monitor process improvement metrics and risk analyses.
• Provide Power App/Power Automate solutions to support departments.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and state requirements and safety processes.
