Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Process Improvement professional to assist in incident investigations, risk management, and program development across the Gas Business Unit. The role supports Connecticut and Massachusetts operations as needed and interfaces with multiple departments to advance process safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, analyzing data, and coordinating improvements with field and office personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years utility or related industry experience.
• Experience in Process Improvement, AI & Analytics, and Compliance & Risk Management preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Gas Process Improvement teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Engage with SMEs across PSMS, QA, QC, Safety, Operations, and Engineering to implement improvements.
• Develop knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting gas operations.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support departments.
• Monitor hazard ID and Near Miss programs, and track lessons learned.
