Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of three years utility or related industry experience.
• Experience in Process Improvement Project Management, AI & Analytics, Natural Gas Engineering and/or Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process improvement reviews and risk-based tasks.
• Lead and coordinate incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop agents and apps using Power Apps and Power Automate to support departments.
• Monitor hazard ID and Near Miss programs; ensure follow-up and reporting.
• Engage field personnel through meetings and content to support department needs.
