Job summary

GE Vernova's Gas Power PMO seeks a program manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs through all phases of the product life cycle. You will oversee execution, manage risks, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.

This role requires a BS in Engineering/Mathematics/Computer Science and 8+ years in engineering or program management. Strong communication and leadership are essential; candidate will work with global teams and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science required.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management execution for assigned projects in accordance with GE Gas Power Program Managers Standard Work procedure.
• Create and maintain internal and external project schedules.
• Validate proper resource assignments and manage spending per the plan.
• Guide internal and external execution teams through the NPI Development Process.
• Coordinate activities between engineering sub-functions to ensure all project deliverables are met on time.
