Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an Aeroderivative Program Manager to lead the LMS100 new unit production program and align it with the broader product strategy. You will drive cost control, supplier readiness, and cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams.

Role requires 8+ years in gas turbine tech, 4+ years in leadership, and strong executive communication. This remote role offers extensive benefits and a clear path to product fleet optimization and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all aspects of LMS100 new unit production program, including Program Plan, toll gate process, cost control, and readiness.
• Collaborate with LMS100 Product Line Leader to execute vision and strategy of LMS100 platform.
• Own and maintain Approval to Quote for the LMS100 portfolio.
• Drive strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit production, shipping, and installation/commissioning.
• Lead portfolio decisions on standardization, customization, and product configuration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain product standards, documentation, and reference designs.
• Review customer specifications and identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Ensure lessons learned from projects are incorporated into future improvements.
• Collaborate with supply-chain and manufacturing to improve sourcing strategies, lead times, and cost.
