Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead NPI engineering development programs across all phases of the Gas Power product lifecycle. You will drive execution, risk management, and metric-focused delivery in a global environment.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to work with leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery. Relocation and benefits are offered as described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or program/project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management execution for assigned projects per GE Gas Power standards.
• Create and maintain internal and external project schedules.
• Validate resource assignment and manage spending per plan.
• Guide teams through the NPI Development Process with aligned policies.
• Coordinate activities between engineering sub-functions to meet deliverables on time.
• Actively manage program risks and mitigations to avoid misses.
• Communicate program status to engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Provide regular spending status and projections to Business Ops and Quality.
