Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs for Gas Power products. You will drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables across global teams.

This role demands strong communication, resource planning, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in engineered systems development. Remote-friendly, with relocation assistance and discretionary bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management execution for assigned projects in accordance with GE Gas Power Program Managers Standard Work procedure.
• Create and maintain internal and external project schedules.
• Validate proper resource assignment and manage spending per the plan.
• Guide internal and external execution teams through the NPI Development Process, assuring adherence to engineering policies and procedures.
• Coordinate activities between engineering sub-functions to ensure all project deliverables are met on time, complete, properly tested, and documented.
• Actively manage program risks and mitigations to avoid execution misses.
• Communicate program status and issues to the engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Provide regular spending status and projections to the Business Operations and Quality teams.
