Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead customer engagements, manage multi-stakeholder teams, and direct end-to-end execution of mega projects with full P&L responsibility. Travel up to 30% may be required, PMP certification preferred, and a strong emphasis on safety and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of project management experience in power generation equipment, construction, or large capital projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and locations.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience managing multiple phased projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and issue resolution for project success.
• Direct end-to-end execution of mega, complex projects with focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Develop execution strategies and ensure smooth transition into project execution.
• Manage risk, opportunities, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
