Job summary

Flare Construction, LLC, a Quanta Services Company, is hiring a Project Manager for the Gas Division. The role covers management of high-pressure gas pipeline and facility construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Open to Level I, II, or III depending on experience. You will own projects from day one, coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure schedule, budget, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Level I: 1–3 years construction or project coordination, gas or civil background preferred.
• Level II: 3–7 years progressive PM experience on mid-size projects.
• Level III: 7+ years of managing complex, high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage gas pipeline and facility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Gas Superintendents and Foremen on daily execution and targets.
• Track DOT Part 192/195 compliance, OQ documentation, and QA/QC records.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Visit job sites regularly and stay connected to field work.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
