Job summary

NiSource is seeking an experienced instructional designer to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of technical and safety programs for NiSource Gas Distribution Operations across the service territory. Build rapport with internal customers to analyze performance problems and design effective solutions.

This role requires collaboration with instructors, third-party contractors, and leaders to update curricula, assessment tools, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in Training/Instructional Design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
