Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in gas distribution, construction or supervision required.
• Basic knowledge of TRIS, OAS, and DOJM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and evaluate crews engaged in gas distribution construction and maintenance.
• Schedule, assign, and direct workforce safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and other company departments to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety rules and HR policies and resolve employee and customer issues.
