Job summary

ONE Gas is seeking a Supervisor overseeing construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and transmission systems in Kansas. You will lead crews at compressor stations, ensure safety, and coordinate resource use across geographic areas.

Responsibilities include evaluating repairs, scheduling safety sessions, and producing reports on operations, budgets, and service metrics. Requires CDL within 6 months, English fluency, and strong communication skills. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction, maintenance, and operation of pipeline systems.
• Experience using tools and equipment and related software.
• Ability to coordinate work projects for effective use of personnel and equipment.
• Ability to read and write fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in construction, maintenance, and operation of distribution and transmission systems.
• Oversee installation and operation of pipeline equipment including meters, regulators, tapping, and pressure control.
• Inspect, evaluate, and recommend repairs or replacement of pipes and appurtenances.
• Schedule and conduct safety and training sessions for employees.
• Provide information and assistance to customers, inspectors, and officials regarding company activities and policies.
• Prepare and verify information including operating activities, reports, budgets, and customer correspondence.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
• Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
