The role requires leadership, budget awareness, and emergency response capabilities; travel as needed and a valid driver's license are required. Competitive salary range 118000–138000 USD per year.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in Gas Field Ops maintenance/construction.
• Technically proficient with leading a team in field operations.
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures for field personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a culturally diverse workforce to ensure efficient tasks.
• Manage workload to meet work plan and budget.
• Ensure safety standards and a safe working environment.
• Review and approve area POs, invoices and payroll.
• Schedule and coordinate workload with the GFO Construction plan.
• Ensure compliance with company, federal and state policy and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal/external customers and deliver solutions.
• Monitor staff performance and address issues to maintain productivity.
• Act as first point of contact for stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Promote best practices to achieve high productivity.
