Eversource in the United States seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee gas maintenance and construction field operations. You will coordinate and schedule work, supervise in-house and contractor crews, and ensure adherence to safety and company standards across our gas distribution system.

Responsibilities include overseeing outages, communicating with customers and officials, managing on-call rotations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years in Gas Distribution, Field Service design/operations, or utility operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Operator Qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and manage gas maintenance and construction field workload with coordination and scheduling.
• Supervise internal/external crews and contractors; ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate with customers and community officials about construction, operations, and service delivery.
• Serve as on-scene supervisor for outages and classify gas leaks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and direct work across unionized crews.
