Job summary

Sentior, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to support Engineering & Construction across gas project development from early assessments to construction readiness and execution.

This hands-on role bridges Engineering, Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain in a fast-paced, origination-driven environment. The successful candidate will manage schedules, costs, and risk, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and deliver executive-ready status packages and dashboards for hub gas development programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of energy project development or large capital construction.
• Experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects.
• Experience with Owner-level reporting and monthly/quarterly progress reports.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering & Construction participation in Technology Review, Preliminary Engineering phases, and contracting for active hub gas development projects.
• Coordinate inputs for site configuration reviews, constructability assessments, and interconnection/switchyard scopes.
• Track development milestones and flag construction-phase dependencies early.
• Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models for sanctions.
• Own and maintain E&C risk register across active work streams.
• Identify and escalate scope changes that introduce E&C cost or schedule risk.
• Support risk-adjusted cost positioning and contingency analysis for leadership.
• Manage monthly and quarterly progress reporting to Owner, including schedule, cost, risk.
• Develop and maintain one-page dashboards and executive presentation materials.
• Prepare status packages for executive review with visibility into risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain on RFQ inputs and bid evaluation for major equipment and EPC/EPCM scopes.
• Support cost comparison analyses between E&C estimates and contractor proposals.
