Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical field experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electrical understanding.
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, maintenance, and service of fixed gas detection systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using manuals and docs.
• Travel to customer sites to complete service work safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional customer interaction on-site and over the phone.
• Mentor and support junior technicians in the field.
