Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to provide technical support in Industrial Automation and Gas Detection. The role is based on-site in Bloomington, MN, working with customers to troubleshoot, implement solutions, and drive satisfaction.

You will report to the Service Manager and help develop training curricula, balance multiple service requests, and document all activities with precision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, or related field; OR 1–2 years field service experience; OR military training with 1–2 years field experience.
• 1–2 years using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, service tracking, and communication.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and field service operations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and expertise in Industrial Automation.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure solution implementation.
• Drive customer satisfaction and report on analysis work performed.
• Act as conduit for Field Service to Technical Support & Engineering for advanced issue resolution.
• Develop training curriculum for Field Organization and support knowledge sharing.
• Document and record all activity and communication accurately.
