Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Field Service Engineer I to deliver on-site and remote technical support for gas detection solutions. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, service customer equipment, and drive successful deployments from Canton, MA with a hybrid work model.

The role requires 2+ years in field service, strong electronics/pneumatics knowledge, and travel readiness. A technical degree is valued, and SAP/Salesforce and Windows experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is valued; military experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer equipment at customer facilities, while also creating maintenance plans.
• 75% overnight travel required.
• Provide technical support and expertise for our gas detection solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
