Job summary

Shale Pro Energy Services is seeking a Compressor Operator/Facility Operator to manage operation and maintenance of gathering system compressor stations. The role includes documenting equipment, monitoring pressures and temperatures, and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• - Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• - Gas or Diesel Mechanics Preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas compressor stations and related midstream equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record readings and logs for temperature, pressure, and runtime hours.
• Monitor unit availability and coordinate repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and repair basic field equipment including pipelines and compression facilities.
• Ensure compliance with emissions guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain required forms and reports; respond to emergencies and on-call needs.
