Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services is seeking a Compressor Operator/Facility Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of gathering system compressor stations. You will document equipment readings and work with craft personnel to resolve issues, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures and pressures, performing basic maintenance, and maintaining logs. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Gas or Diesel mechanics experience preferred.
• Ability to perform duties safely and follow PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment efficiently and safely.
• Document readings such as temperature, pressure and runtime hours.
• Inspect and repair basic equipment as needed, including pipelines, compression and measurement facilities.
• Maintain required forms, records and reports (daily logs, shift reports).
• Respond to emergencies and participate in cleanup related to field ops and corrosion control.
