Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services seeks a Compressor Operator/Facility Operator to operate and maintain gathering system compressor stations and midstream equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will document readings, perform routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, and work rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays.

This entry-level role starts at $20 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English for work orders and manuals.
• Model health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Use vendor programs and internet tools.
• Submit company documentation accurately and on time.
• Respond to after-hours on-call requests.
• Ability to work 12–16 hour shifts with rest breaks.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations.
• Record readings of temperature, pressure, and runtime hours.
• Monitor equipment to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform basic maintenance on engines, compressors, and related equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
