Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services in West Virginia seeks a skilled Compressor Operator/Facility Operator to manage and maintain gathering system compressor stations, documenting readings, and performing routine engine and equipment maintenance.

You will collaborate with craft personnel, monitor temperatures and pressures, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep accurate logs. On-call duties, weekend/holiday shifts, and a starting pay of $18–$20 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Gas or Diesel Mechanics preferred.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work long shifts and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas compressor stations and related midstream equipment safely.
• Document readings and maintain daily logs.
• Maintain emissions guidelines and perform basic maintenance.
• On-call responsibilities for areas of responsibility.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with contractors.
