Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC seeks a Compressor Operator/Facility Operator to operate and maintain gathering system compressor stations, monitor readings, and ensure safety compliance. The role involves on-call duties and coordination with contractors.

You will document equipment data, perform minor maintenance, and follow emissions standards while working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Gas or Diesel Mechanics preferred.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Model health, safety and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment.
• Read and record production data and monitor temperature/pressure parameters.
• Operate equipment within safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain required logs and reports for operations and emergencies.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
