Qualifications

• College degree preferred or requisite job experience in the gas compression industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in gas compression industry.
• Ability to configure gas compression equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–12 Field Services Technicians and 1–2 Lead Service Technicians.
• Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and allocate resources in the assigned area.
• Travel up to 75% to various field locations to support customers and compressors.
• Hire, coach, motivate, and perform employee performance management.
• Maintain safety adherence and ensure service standards are met.
• Coordinate field-level relationships with customers and vendors.
