Travel is up to 75% to oversee operations, perform staffing decisions, and ensure service standards and safety protocols are consistently met in various field locations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or requisite job experience in the gas compression industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in gas compression industry.
• Ability to configure gas compression equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8-12 Field Services Technicians and 1-2 Lead Service Technicians.
• Prepare budgets and manage expenses for cost savings.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to field locations.
• Maintain customer relationships and field-level communications.
