Blitt and Gaines, P.C. in Naperville, IL. seeks a detail-oriented Garnishments Specialist to manage wage and bank garnishments across multiple states. You will handle high-volume calls, perform skip tracing, verify employment, and prepare garnishment paperwork for attorneys.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from employers and banks regarding garnishments.
• Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to verify employment and follow up on garnishments.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate updated employer information.
• Prepare garnishment paperwork for attorneys' review and signature.
