This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume setting. Proficiency with Nitro Pro, Collection Master (CLS), and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls in a high-volume environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle pressure; reliable attendance.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and bank garnishments for clients in multiple states.
• Verify employment, conduct skip tracing, and call 75–100 times daily.
• Contact employers and banks; process garnishment documents for attorney review.
• Use Nitro Pro, CLS, and Excel to organize files and paperwork.
• Assist attorneys with preparation and forwarding of garnishment documents.
