Job summary

Blitt and Gaines, P.C. is seeking a dedicated wage and bank garnishments professional to manage client garnishments across multiple states. You will verify employment, perform skip tracing, and handle a large volume of calls daily, coordinating with attorneys for document review.

• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Call center or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from employers and banks regarding garnishments.
• Make 75-100 outbound calls daily to verify employment and follow up on garnishments.
• Conduct skip tracing and research to locate updated employer information.
• Use Nitro Pro, Collection Master (CLS), and Excel to manage and organize garnishment files.
• Prepare and forward garnishment paperwork to attorneys for review and signature.
• Assist team members with printing, faxing, and generating letters as needed.
