Job summary

Blitt and Gaines, P.C. in Missouri–St. Louis is seeking a wage and garnishments coordinator to manage garnishments for clients nationwide. You will verify employment, perform skip tracing, make 75–100 outbound calls daily, and prepare garnishment paperwork for attorneys.

Candidates should be highly organized, comfortable with high-volume calling, and proficient with Nitro Pro, CLS, and Excel. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from employers and banks regarding garnishments.
• Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to verify employment and follow up on garnishments.
• Conduct skip tracing and research to locate updated employer information.
• Use Nitro Pro, Collection Master (CLS), and Excel to manage and organize garnishment files.
• Prepare and forward garnishment paperwork to attorneys for review and signature.
• Assist team members with printing, faxing, and generating letters as needed.
