Blitt and Gaines, P.C. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage wage and bank garnishments across multiple states. You will verify employment, perform skip tracing, and make 75–100 calls daily to employers and banks, coordinating garnishment paperwork for attorneys.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced setting with professional support and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Willingness to follow directions and be coached.
• Reliable with good attendance history.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and bank garnishments for clients across states.
• Verify employment and perform skip tracing as needed.
• Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to confirm garnishments.
• Contact employers/banks and route documents for attorney review.
• Use Nitro Pro, CLS, and Excel to organize garnishment files.
• Support team with printing, faxing, and letters.
