Responsibilities include verifying employment, performing skip tracing, making 75–100 calls daily, contacting employers and banks, and processing garnishment documents for attorney review. Proficiency with Nitro Pro, Collection Master, and Excel helps organize files and prepare paperwork for attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from employers and banks regarding garnishments.
• Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to verify employment and follow up on garnishments.
• Conduct skip tracing and research to locate updated employer information.
• Use Nitro Pro, Collection Master (CLS), and Excel to manage and organize garnishment files.
• Prepare and forward garnishment paperwork to attorneys for review and signature.
• Assist team members with printing, faxing, and generating letters as needed.
