Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff or leading a team.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance.
• Lead production goals: 110 garments per hour with a 90% quality standard.
• Act as supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Production Manager.
• Maintain clean, safe back-room and store environment, and presentable personnel.
• Observe safety policies and train Production Associates.
• Attend scheduled shifts as assigned.
