Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Store Manager or Production Manager in day-to-day operations and to drive production performance toward budget targets while upholding company standards and procedures.

The role includes supervising production associates, ensuring donations are processed and ready for the floor, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment with attractive displays to project a positive public image of Goodwill.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving/exceeding production goals monthly and annually.
• Interact professionally with diverse people to maintain team performance.
• Market the Goodwill mission to the public and maintain positive relations.
• Maintain effective working relationships and motivate staff.
• Work flexible hours on short notice, including nights and weekends.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and handle garments.
• Stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with occasional high volume.
