Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Production Lead to assist in daily store operations and drive production performance to budget. You may supervise in the Store or Production Manager's absence and act as a role model for staff and trainees.

You will produce donated goods in the backroom, maintain a clean store image, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Flexibility for schedule and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Must complete Retail training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and production performance to meet budget.
• Perform duties of a supervisor when assigned by Store/Production Manager.
• Act as a positive role model for employees and trainees.
• Produce donated goods in backroom and present store environment.
• Maintain safe and hazard-free back-room conditions.
• Keep store clean and hazard free, including bathrooms.
• Observe personnel and safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Attend work on regularly scheduled shifts.
