Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain food prep and production areas.
• Wash and prep fruits/vegetables using hand tools and equipment per safety procedures.
• Measure and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specs.
• Complete cleaning duties for walk-in, prep, and dry storage areas.
• Ensure high quality presentation and safe food handling.
• Stock and restock the Garden Bar; keep guests with a full assortment.
