Responsabilités

• Lead daily Garde Manger operations, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources.
• Mentor Team Members, coach performance, and uphold standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain HACCP hygiene and sanitation procedures; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and costs; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership and other departments for peak periods and events.
