You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and uphold the hotel’s standards while driving cost containment and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality and relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food service operations.
• Two+ years supervisory experience in hotel or free standing restaurant.
• Certification as a Food Service Manager or equivalent as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary department operations to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
• Assist with staffing, training, and scheduling of team members.
• Monitor payroll and labor costs within budget.
• Maintain inventory levels and requisitions to prevent stock-outs or excess.
