Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cooking or food preparation experience.
• Culinary degree or related hotel culinary experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items per Hyatt standards.
• Support Garde Manger operations, including salads and cold items.
• Assist banquet culinary operations for events.
• Follow recipes, production sheets, and portion controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards across kitchen operations.
