You will read tickets, coordinate with the line, expo, and service team, monitor product quality, pars, waste and food-safety controls, and report maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of station organization and sanitation.
• Ability to follow recipes and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities
