Sullivan Family Kitchen in Waipahu is seeking a detail‑oriented Culinary Cold Prep professional to join our team. You will process vegetables and ingredients for ready‑to‑eat products, working with a team to ensure quality and efficiency.

Highlights include a 40‑hour workweek, day or overnight shifts, and adherence to safety standards. Prior pastry experience is preferred and a valid tuberculin clearance may be required before start.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
• Previous pastry experience is preferred.
• Tuberculosis Clearance required or willing to take test upon offer.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
• Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.
• Must have open availability for various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients.
• Work with a team to assemble products.
• Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
• Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
