*Hiring bonus amount varies by position and location and will be paid according to the terms and conditions of the company’s hiring bonus program. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as aCulinary Cold Prep, Overnight shiftat the Sullivan Family Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a strong affinity for culinary foods, demonstrate physical dexterity, and contribute positively to our production environment. This role involves working with a team to process vegetables and other ingredients to produce fresh ready-to-eat products.

Responsibilities:

• Using a knife and other automated equipment this position will cut, chop and prep vegetables and other ingredients
• Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
• Adhere to established culinary techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.

Available shifts, Overnight shift:

• 4:00 PM-12:30AM; off work on Fridays and another day off

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
