Job summary

SP+ in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dependable maintenance and janitorial worker to perform cleaning, grounds, and facility upkeep across garage areas. You will follow checklists, operate basic equipment, and support the facility team to keep surfaces neat and safe.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be willing to work third shift or weekends. The role offers hourly pay with tips and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; facility maintenance or painting experience a plus.
Valid state-issued driver’s license, if required for company vehicle.
Availability to work third shift and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to remove dirt, dust and debris.
Walk the garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, booth, office and rest rooms.
Empty all trashcans in garage, booth and office.
Paint facility surfaces as directed to keep areas neat and clean.
Replace burned out bulbs and apply oil absorbent to spills.
Submit repair or maintenance requests and check safety items.
