Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervise day/evening maintenance crew to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with scheduling, monitoring timecards and project oversight.
• Lead ongoing and upcoming maintenance projects.
• Enforce safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Report accidents or policy violations to General Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris and spills.
• Conduct facility and equipment inspections to ensure good condition.
• Ensure compliance with governance and client satisfaction programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
