Job summary

Renuity Garage is growing and seeks a Floor Coating Installer to join our hands-on team in Landover, MD and surrounding areas. You will prepare floors, apply coatings, and ensure quality workmanship while safely handling materials and tools.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work safely and follow established processes

Responsibilities

Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Work at least two weekends per month as needed
