Job summary

Renuity Garage is hiring a Floor Coating Installer to join our growing team in the Washington, DC area. This hands-on role focuses on surface preparation and applying coatings with strict quality standards.

You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, maintaining safety and delivering professional customer service. Training is provided; opportunities for advancement exist within the installation team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.
