Renuity Garage in Landover, MD is seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our hands-on team. This role focuses on surface preparation, applying coating products, and maintaining a clean, professional work area.

You’ll work indoors and outdoors, lift materials, and communicate professionally with customers while learning and growing within the installation team. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying materials.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable and willing to learn.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed

Floor Coating Installer – Up to $20/hr

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas

Renuity Garage is growing, and we’re looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You’ll Do
