Job summary

Renuity Garage is hiring a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on surface prep, applying coating products, and ensuring quality workmanship.

You will work both indoors and outdoors, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain safety and organization on site. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting.
• Professional communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.

Floor Coating Installer – Up to $20/hr

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas

Renuity Garage is growing, and we're looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed
