Job summary

Renuity Garage is seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our team in Landover, MD and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and delivering quality finishes.

You will work indoors and outdoors, lift materials, use hand and power tools, and communicate professionally with customers. Pay starts up to $20/hour, with paid training and opportunities to advance within the installation team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting and carrying materials.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work safely and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.
