Renuity Garage is seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our team in Landover, MD. This hands-on role focuses on preparing floors, applying coatings, and ensuring quality workmanship.

You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, using hand and power tools, and follow established processes to keep work areas safe and organized. We offer paid training, benefits, and clear growth paths within the installation team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Physically able to perform lifting and material handling.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Follow safety processes and work safely on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.
