Renuity Garage is growing and seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on quality workmanship, outdoors/indoor versatility, and customer communication.

You will learn coatings processes and contribute to neat, safe job sites. The position offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, plus PTO and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow established coatings processes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding.
• Apply floor coatings per established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.
